1st4sport stakeholder satisfaction survey – your opinion is important to us

Every year, we are required by Ofqual to complete a self-assessment of our performance against regulations and our quality standards.

Self-assessment is an essential management technique that enables us to monitor our performance and is incredibly important to help us make sure we are meeting your expectations of us. It also allows us to collate information on our perceived areas of weakness and reinforces our strengths to help us improve the services we offer you. One of the key ways we do this within the self-assessment process is the stakeholder satisfaction survey, which has been designed to seek feedback from you on our services and overall performance.

Each year, we collate your feedback from the survey, as well as that from EVs, qualification development and delivery partners and internal staff. This helps us to improve the support we provide to you.

The next stakeholder satisfaction survey will be sent to you via email in February 2012.
