Registration periods vary.
Each qualification has a different registration period. If you want to know your registration period, you should speak to the centre that is delivering the course. This information is also printed in your Candidate Pack.
If you do not complete the course within the registration period, you will have to re-register and start the course again from the beginning.
To request a replacement certificate you should first call our Customer Service Team, during office hours, to ensure that we can confirm your achievement and eligibility.
Wherever possible, we are happy to supply replacement certificates for learners or for centres on behalf of learners, however the following fees will be charged:
Correction of spelling mistake or typographical error, resulting from an administrative error on our part.
Replacement of a certificate that has been lost in the post (if claimed within six months of issue).
Correction of spelling mistake or typographical error, due to incorrect details being entered on registration form.
Replacement of a certificate that has been lost in the post (if claimed after six months of issue).
Misplaced/lost or damaged certificate.
Change of name.

To make an application for a replacement certificate, please call our team on 0113-290 7610 during office hours so that your record can be confirmed.
Having confirmed that we have a certification record for you we will then provide you with access to our certificate portal. Once registered on the website you will be able to order and pay for a replacement certificate.
If you are looking for a replacement certificate due to a spelling mistake or to change your name, please return your original certificate and provide a photocopy of a legal document bearing your full name as you wish it to appear on the certificate (eg driving licence, marriage certificate, birth certificate, deed poll certificate) with the application.
