Why Deliver this Qualification?
High demand for the qualification
Since June 2009, a Level 3 qualification is a compulsory requirement for steward supervisors within football stadiums and highly desirable at other live events. In addition, forthcoming events such as the London 2012 Olympic Games and Paralympic Games will undoubtedly lead to a rise in demand.
Natural progression provided by 1st4sport and learners benefit from RPL
Centres offering any of 1st4sport’s Level 2 spectator qualifications will find offering this NVQ ideal for learners as they will be entitled to full use of supported recognition of prior learning (RPL). This use of RPL can reduce the amount of assessment required to complete both the mandatory and optional units, depending on which are chosen.
